My primary goal for the class has always been to offer a great small group class for ladies absolutely free. Some people are happy to just attend the class and have fun learning to lift in a great social atmosphere.


In recent months more and more of the attendees of the class have asked me about coaching or personal training. This is because they have enjoyed lifting and would like to continue to learn and develop as a lifter. Obviously you can book me as a personal trainer at www.before2after.com. 


Lifting weights is a learned skill just like tennis, dancing and football. The more technical skill you have the nearer your genetic potential you will reach. Like I've always said 'It's not about moving a weight from A to B. It's about what happens between A to B'.  - Dave Brockway

Training Specifics

As most of you have read about the benefits of lifting weights as a women like higher metabolisms, improved body shape, lower body fat, better athletic performance, better all round health, increased confidence plus the great feeling of being strong.


As you've probably noticed in the class there are so many different ways to train and progress with weights. Which is the right way to progress to train to hit a goal like fat loss, strength building or just progress in general? It is a minefield!!


The best lifters aren't always the strongest. They are the ones with the best techniques.

No matter if you are a complete beginner or seasoned lifter I can design a multi phase program based on your goals. Each Phase last 4 to 6 weeks. If you are chasing Fat Loss, Strength or athletic performance I have been designing programs for 25 years. I have studied under the best and have read several books on the subject. The programs are always progressive and use scientifically proven systems.
